The following reports were compiled from information provided by the police department.

Failure to appear

Daryl Johnson, 36, from Hoboken, was arrested on Aug. 28 at a location on Washington Street. Johnson was charged with failure to appear in court. He was taken to Hudson County jail and released on $100 bail.

Vincent Peterson, 38, from Jersey City, was arrested at the Hoboken Police Department. Peterson was charged with failure to appear in court. He was taken to Hudson County jail and released on $155 bail.

Terrorist threats

Michael Pell, 43, from Hoboken, was arrested on Aug. 29 at a location on Washington Street. He was charged with terrorist threats. Pell was taken to Hudson County jail and was later released on bail.

Pell had been arrested on Aug. 2 at a location on Washington Street and charged with simple assault. He was taken to the Hudson County jail and released on bail.

Unlawful taking

Bobby Harmon, 20, from White Plains, N.Y., was arrested on Aug. 29 at a location on Observer Highway. He was charged with unlawful taking of means of conveyance. Harmon was taken to Hudson County jail and was released on bail.

Raymond Nunez, from Garfield, was arrested on Aug. 28 at a location on Washington Street. Nunez was charged with shoplifting. He was taken to Hudson County jail and released on bail.

Lewdness

Larry Concell, 53, from Newark, was arrested on Aug. 28 at a location on Washington Street. Concell was charged with lewdness. He was held at the Hoboken Police Department, where he was released after paying a fine.
