HOBOKEN AND BEYOND -- Where did you eat lunch today? Apparently getting ready for the pre-season, New York Giants Quarterback Eli Manning, who lives in uptown Hoboken, enjoyed lunch today at the Madison, two blocks from his waterfront apartment building. With him were wife Abby and baby Ava, five months old. Eating out with a 5-month-old definitely requires some skills, but the signal-caller seemed in control as he prepares to take on the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte, N.C. this Saturday night.
